💰 How do I earn points?

It’s easy:

$1 spent = 1 point

For every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases, you’ll earn 1 Rocking Horse Rewards point.

Your points are added to your Rewards account based on your qualifying purchase.

🎉 Do I get anything just for joining?

You sure do!

When you sign up for Rocking Horse Rewards, you’ll receive:

25 BONUS POINTS

That’s our way of welcoming you to the herd. 🐴

💵 How do I redeem my points?

Once you’ve collected 100 points, you can redeem them for:

$5 OFF

So, for example:

100 points = $5 OFF

200 points = $10 OFF

300 points = $15 OFF

…and so on, subject to the program’s redemption rules.

🧾 Do I have to redeem my points as soon as I reach 100?

Nope!

You can continue collecting points and redeem them when you’re ready, subject to any applicable program rules.

Save them up for your next meal, use them toward a night out, or keep collecting until you’ve got a reward you want to use.

🎂 What happens on my birthday?

We like birthdays around here. 🎉

During your birthday month, we’ll give you a:

$5 BIRTHDAY REWARD

It’s our little way of helping you celebrate.

To receive your birthday reward, make sure your birthday is correctly entered in your Rocking Horse Rewards account.

Birthday rewards are limited to one $5 reward per birthday month.

No Expiry

Your points don’t expire.

As long as your Rewards account remains active, you can keep collecting points and saving them for future visits.

🍔 Do I earn points on everything I purchase?

Points are earned on every dollar spent (minus taxes and tip).

Certain purchases, taxes, fees, promotional items, or other transactions may not qualify for points. If there are exclusions, we’ll let you know.

💳 Do I earn points when I use a reward?

Points are earned according to the purchase amount recorded by the Rewards system.

If a reward or discount is applied to a purchase, the amount eligible to earn additional points may be reduced accordingly.

📱 How can I check my points?

You can check your Rocking Horse Rewards balance through LOOKUP REWARDS.

If you’re not sure how to check your balance, just ask one of our team members and we’ll be happy to help.

🐴 Can I have more than one Rewards account?

Please use one Rewards account per person.

Having multiple accounts can make it difficult to keep your points and rewards together.
