For more than 40 years, the Rocking Horse Pub has been a gathering place in Nanoose Bay for good food, cold drinks and great live music. We’re a friendly, close-knit team that takes pride in looking after our regulars and making every guest feel at home. If you enjoy people, take pride in your work and like a lively room on band nights, we’d love to hear from you.

Roles We Hire For

  • Servers: Look after our guests from first hello to last call, with warm, attentive table service.
  • Bartenders: Pour, mix and chat. Keep the bar running smoothly and our regulars smiling.
  • Line Cooks: Prepare our pub menu favourites with consistency, care and speed.
  • Dishwashers: Keep the kitchen clean, stocked and moving. The backbone of every great shift.
  • Hosts: Greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and set the tone for a great visit.
